Returns Policy

NV-US will accept returns within 14 days of the customer receiving the delivery. Please note that the products must be in a brand new, unworn condition, tags remaining, all contents including the packaging are to be returned.

NV-US is not responsible for the cost of the return or the return delivery going missing so please ensure that you use a tracked and signed delivery method. 

Refund Policy 

If the return is received and meets the criteria of the returns policy a refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to issue back into the back account. 

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days using a tracked & signed shipping method.
